Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 September 2026
XION is committed to making its website useful and accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or have diverse visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or neurological needs.
Our accessibility target
We aim to design, build and maintain this website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
WCAG is an internationally recognised standard organised around four principles: content and interactions should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
Our approach
Our accessibility work includes aiming to provide:
- clear headings, labels and page structure
- keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
- visible focus indicators
- meaningful link text and alternative text for informative images
- sufficient colour contrast and information that is not conveyed by colour alone
- layouts that adapt to different screens, zoom levels and text sizes
- form labels, instructions and error messages that are clear and programmatically associated
- captions or transcripts for relevant audio and video content
- compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies
Accessibility is considered during content preparation, design, development and ongoing review.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content, documents or third-party services may not yet fully meet our accessibility target. We will assess reported barriers and prioritise reasonable improvements according to their impact.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you experience difficulty using this website, encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, please contact XION and use the subject “Accessibility”. Please include:

- the format or adjustment that would help you
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period. Providing technical details is optional, and you do not need to disclose a disability.
Ongoing improvement
